梔子提取物(梔子綠)是以梔子藍色素為原料經(jīng)過精加工而成的天然色素。主要成分為胡蘿卜素類的藏花素和藏花酸。此產(chǎn)品為梔子黃與梔子藍混合而成的淡綠色至深綠色粉末,易溶于水及乙醇水溶液,不溶于有機溶劑。其色調(diào)和穩(wěn)定性幾乎不受PH值的影響。色澤鮮艷,著色力強,抗光、耐熱性好,色調(diào)在PH4~8范圍內(nèi)穩(wěn)定性好、不沉淀。
典型應(yīng)用:配制酒、碳酸飲料、果汁(味)型飲料、果醬、糖果、糕點、果凍、膨化食品、面餅、冰激淋等
使用方法:將適量梔子黑溶解于水,再添加到目標(biāo)產(chǎn)品中。
Gardenia extract (Gardenia green) is a natural pigment, which is made from gardenia blue pigment as raw material through refined processes. The main components are Carotenoids crocin and crocetin. This product is gardenia yellow and gardenia blue mixture then obtained light green to dark green powder, soluble in water and ethanol water solution, insoluble in organic solvents. The color shade and stability are hardly affected by pH value. Bright color, strong coloring, anti light, good heat resistance, color stability is good in the range of PH4 ~8 , not precipitation.
Typical application: wine, carbonated drinks, fruit juice (taste) drinks, candy, cakes, jam, jelly, puffed food, bread, ice cream etc.
Usage: pick requested amount of Gardenia green dissolved in water, and then added to the target product.
